Listen to ELECTRIC PONDLIFE
This has to be the Boogie world of diatoms. Much of Marginal Movements could have gone this way from the painterly aspect, it does have a certain humour too. Neal Williams can embrace so many moods, this time its almost clockwork, gyratory, toys, Disney and yes, Pond life caught by surprise.
ELECTRIC PONDLIFE. Written and performed by Neal Williams. Instruments; acoustic guitar, harp, electric guitar, tin can, synth.
NEAL WILLIAMS was born in Atlanta, GA USA and took up music at a very early age, playing the violin at 13. He played bass in a jazz band, before moving into more experimental music, a multi instrumentalist playing guitar, bass, drums, banjo, piano, bells and electronics. Most of the work for Marginal Movements was close miked in his small extra bedroom in Atlanta. Neal and William have never met, though their ideas have become reality via the internet, while working together on Neal’s new CD cover painting “Possible Selves”.
